Basic Servicing Package
If your computer is running slow, taking ages to boot up, or applications are crawling, our Basic Service is designed to sort that out. We run a full diagnostic, clear out the temporary files and junk that build up over time, optimise your startup programs, and make sure Windows is fully updated.
Most of the time, a Basic Service is all you need. It's the equivalent of a good spring clean - gets rid of the clutter that's been slowing things down and gives your machine a noticeable speed boost. We see a lot of customers from Letchworth and Hitchin who come in thinking they need a new computer, when actually a good service is all that's required.
Premium Servicing Package
Lost a considerable amount of performance? Getting blue screens or black screens at startup? The Premium Service goes deeper. We do everything in the Basic package, plus a full malware and virus scan, driver updates, registry cleanup, and system file repair.
This is the one we recommend if your machine has been neglected for a while, or if you're seeing actual errors and warning messages. We strip things right back to the core and get everything running properly again. It's particularly popular with customers from Stevenage who've been putting up with a slow machine for months before finally bringing it in.
Platinum Servicing Package
The Platinum is our full overhaul - everything in the Premium Service, plus a complete physical clean of the machine. We open it up, remove all the dust, clean the fans and heatsinks, replace the thermal compound on the CPU and GPU, tidy up all the internal cables, and give the exterior a proper valet.
Dust buildup is one of the biggest killers of computer performance and lifespan. When your fans are clogged, the machine runs hot, throttles itself to avoid damage, and everything slows down. A Platinum Service addresses all of this. Your machine will not only run faster - it'll run cooler and quieter too.
